Francisco Jaramillo, MBA, CCIM, Principal, Managing Broker

Since 2011, Mr. Jaramillo has specialized in retail commercial real estate properties in the Central Florida area.  Mr. Jaramillo has worked with some of the top national and regional commercial real estate brokerages, leading to his becoming independent in order to provide more tailored services to his clients, not a one-size fits all approach.

After leaving the United States Air Force Reserves with an Honorable Discharge, Francisco worked for some of the largest firms in the world, including Jones, Day, Reavis & Pogue and Coudert Brothers in Washington, D.C., where he supported attorneys in litigation and project finance while attending college. Among other deals, he worked in high profile deals including a $338 million Suez and Port Said Power Purchase Agreements in Egypt, and a $125 Million Power Generating Plant in the United States. Francisco has also worked in Corporate America, managing B2B major clients such as Microsoft, Standard Insurance, Ritchie Brothers Auctioneers, among others, for a fortune 200 company for years. Upon moving to Florida in 2001, Francisco became the Vice President of Public Relations for the National Society of Hispanic MBAs in the South Florida Chapter. He has also traveled to many different countries including Argentina, Canada, Colombia, Egypt, France, Honduras, Italy, Mexico and Switzerland.

Diana C. Bolivar, Commercial Real Estate Advisor

Diana Bolivar is a resident of Orlando since 1988.  She is a commercial real estate advisor for 407 Commercial Real Estate where she is excited to utilize her vast and varied business experience for the benefit of our clients. Diana is a well-known community business leader locally, and in the state of Florida as well as nationally recognized. She is a graduate of Leadership Florida, Leadership Seminole, and Leadership Orlando, as well as a graduate from the University of Massachusetts.  Diana has been a long-time business consultant for clients in Latin America, the Caribbean and Europe, where she has traveled with commercial trade missions she has implemented. Diana is also the past President/CEO for the award-winning Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Metro Orlando. She has more than twenty-five years of experience at the local, national, and international levels encompassing the nonprofit, legal, medical, restaurant, and construction industries. 

Diana and her husband, Luis, co-own, Revildor, a residential roofing company as well as other local businesses.  Diana has served in multiple boards and continues to be engaged in her community.  Some of Diana’s most recent personal accomplishments include awards such as:

Jim Light, CCIM, Commercial Agent

Jim Light is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with a history as a licensed architect with over 30 years of experience in real estate development, project management, and large-scale infrastructure planning. With a Master of Architecture from the University of Florida, he has successfully led acquisitions, leasing, and project development across diverse asset classes, including medical, hospitality, office, retail, industrial, vacant land, and ministry-related properties.

Since 2012, Jim has been a licensed commercial real estate specialist in Florida, advising clients on investment strategies, development opportunities, and portfolio optimization. His architectural background allows him to provide a unique, analytical approach to real estate transactions, ensuring functional design, market viability, and long-term asset performance.

Jim’s extensive national project and program management experience includes overseeing multi-million-dollar developments for Fortune 500 companies that included a large entertainment company in Central Florida and Sprint Telecommunications International. He was instrumental in site acquisitions, infrastructure planning, and construction team oversight for Sprint’s $1.2 billion broadband wireless expansion, managing projects across national and international markets.

Jim is currently an active Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR). During his career, Jim also joined the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and Construction Specifications Institute (CSI) where he led committees and hosted talks and presentations. His expertise in architecture, investment strategy, and large-scale commercial development makes him a trusted resource for clients seeking expert guidance in real estate transactions.

Jennifer Holguin Torres, Administrative Assistant

Jennifer Holguin is a bilingual Business Administrator with the skills to communicate fluently in English and Spanish. The management of her executive skills and leadership in the areas of Finance, Sales, and Marketing, has allowed her to develop business strategies and centralize actions for the successful accomplishment of organizational goals. She was a Consulting Lead at CrossTech Consultants, a position that allowed her to represent the company in the consulting area and lead efforts to promote and offer services to renowned companies in the industry and increase collaboration opportunities in the financial sector.

Her experience and trajectory in financial services and transnational payment companies such as Citibank, Banco de Occidente, and Avis Renting have allowed her to analyze and respond quickly and effectively to current market needs, guaranteeing exponential companies growth, and the satisfaction of their customers. Certain organizations such as Zektech Suministros SAS, allowed her to build an outstanding career in the industry where she has become a business strategist, managing, and controlling the financial operations of renowned companies, such as Banco de Occidente and Citibank in Colombia.

Her individual capacity for organization and her receptivity to teamwork has guaranteed the efficient use of time and resources for the development of tasks and functions. Through her different professional experiences, she has managed to streamline the management of people under her leadership, lead her team to work under pressure, and develop a high sense of commitment in search of the execution of the organizational plans and projects established in the company’s business plan.

Among her most outstanding achievements are the audit of national reports, market analysis for the preparation of contingency management, threat detection, classification of growth opportunities, and definition of action plans to increase sales.
